Our platform may include job postings and content from external sources. We do not endorse or take responsibility for third-party content, and users should verify information independently.

You are responsible for:

  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized account access
  • Using strong passwords and keeping them secure

3.3 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to maintain its accuracy. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

Job Seeker Accounts

  • Create and maintain professional profiles
  • Apply for job opportunities
  • Upload resumes and portfolio materials
  • Receive job recommendations and alerts

Employer Accounts

  • Post job opportunities
  • Search and view candidate profiles
  • Manage job applications
  • Access subscription-based features (where applicable)

4. User Conduct

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Violate Laws: Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe Rights: Violate the intellectual property or other rights of any person
  • Harassment: Harass, abuse, or harm another person or threaten to do so
  • False Information: Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Spam: Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials

4.3 Prohibited Content

The following types of content are prohibited on our platform:

  • Illegal activities or services
  • Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing

This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

6. Job Postings and Applications

6.1 Job Posting Requirements

Employers posting jobs must:

  • Legitimate Opportunities: Post only genuine job opportunities
  • Accurate Information: Provide complete and accurate job descriptions
  • Legal Compliance: Comply with all applicable employment laws
  • Non-Discrimination: Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
  • Clear Requirements: Specify job requirements, qualifications, and compensation

6.2 Application Process

Our platform facilitates the application process but does not guarantee employment outcomes. Applications are transmitted to employers, and all hiring decisions are made solely by the employer.

6.3 External Job Postings

We may aggregate job postings from external sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legitimacy, or outcomes of externally sourced job opportunities. Users should verify all information independently.

6.4 No Employment Relationship

Move Forwork is not a party to any employment relationship between job seekers and employers. We do not employ job seekers or make hiring decisions on behalf of employers.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

7.1 Free and Paid Services

We offer both free and paid services. Free services are provided as-is without warranty. Paid subscriptions provide enhanced features and capabilities as described in our pricing plans.

7.2 Billing and Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified
  • Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis
  • Currency: All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
  • Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for applicable taxes

7.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation terms:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months unless required by law
  • Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Free trial cancellations prevent future charges

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move Forwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9.4 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for third-party content, including external job postings, employer communications, or linked websites. Users interact with third parties at their own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Move Forwork, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our Service or violation of these Terms
  • Your User Content or any intellectual property infringement
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Any negligent or wrongful conduct by you

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account and these Terms.

11. Termination

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

13.6 Survival

The following provisions shall survive termination of these Terms: User Content license grants, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and general provisions.

These Terms are written in English. Any translations provided are for convenience only, and the English version shall control in case of conflicts.

13.8 Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including via email and platform notifications. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
